Bases of the CIL

The primary mission of the agency of intelligence is to gather, to evaluate, and to spread foreign intelligence, of advising the president and the major politicians of the government of Ladonia., taking decisions relating to the national safety. The agency of central intelligence does not do politics; it is a source independent from the information of the foreign intelligence. The agency of central intelligence can tackle also the secret action in the direction of the president or others members of the government of agreement with the applicable law.

The CIL selects carefully people well qualified in almost all the fields of the study. The scientists, the engineers, the economists, the linguists, the mathematicians, the secretaries, the book-keepers and all others specialities; the computer ones are in continuous demand.

The number of personnel will not be able to be spread publicly.

According to the law, the CIL has prohibited specifically to gather the foreign intelligence relating to the domestic activities of the citizens of Ladonia. Our mission is to gather the information related to the foreign intelligence and foreign counter
intelligence. For the direction of the president and of agreement with the procedures published by the director of the CIL. The CIL has restricted the accumulation and collection of information of the intelligence directed against citizens of Ladonia. The collection is allowed only for an authorized intention of the intelligence; for example, if there is a reason of believing in that an individual is involved in espionage or in international activities of terrorism. The procedures of the CIL need the major approval in order that any collection is allowed.

Only the President across the director of the CIL can order to the CIL to tackling a secret action.

The CIL is supervised by the President. The CIL can act on his own initiative in a few concrete cases of conservation of the Constitution; if the President or his government decides to act against the Constitution.

The CIL will communicate with the Cabinet across an agent who is going to be elected for be representative of the CIL in the cabinet.
