The eagerly anticipated annual Ladonia Open Soccer Cup, commonly referred to as “Grounds,” is poised to commence soon. This unique “two touches” soccer game offers a distinctive twist on traditional soccer, allowing teams consisting of 1 to 4 players to compete throughout the year.
Grounds is celebrated for its inclusive format and the strategic depth it brings to the game of soccer. The rules stipulate that each player can only touch the ball twice in succession, adding a layer of tactical complexity and teamwork that distinguishes it from conventional soccer matches.
This year’s tournament is generating additional excitement as Lars Vilks, the State Secretary of Ladonia, is confirmed to participate. Vilks, known for his roles in both the political and cultural spheres of Ladonia, has been an enthusiastic supporter and a regular competitor in the Grounds tournament. His participation often draws public interest and highlights the sport’s significance within Ladonian culture.

The 2-touch is a cumbersome social way of ruining a perfect day on the beach – as seen on these photos – rain and fog are OK, but endless blue sky, purplish rim at the horizon, water as a mirror, mountain ridge enticing, no wind, hot… jagged rocks bathing in sun and some parts hidden in deep shade and all in thousands of earth colour accents under the lush green woods above beyond them – to strip naked, jump down from a rock shelf high above… zhummmmm, splash – and thereafter flying, flying underneath in that turquoise deeper down darkening greenish world – silent underwater forms, entirely silent after the splash, and then surface and swim out ans away onto the Fifth Table – that’s the real feat and pleasure of life, meditative peaceful pleasure, the music of your rythmical strokes as you move out and back… to read something even more pleasurable, like The Dramatic Universe (Books I – V, Bennet Books, Santa Fe), or writing one oneself (on the “Balderup Grounds”) or pondering on the introductory fugue to string quartet no. 3, “the triumphant”, or hope some virgins come along to let themselves be nude photographed, as models for my planned great triptyche, the fair maiden, the doctor’s belly, and the milky way: THE NEW REAL ART, that doesn’t claim to be absolute, nay, rather fairly much deeper than so – thus escaping contemporary restrictive art theories bolstered by french language philosophy (probably another way to prolong the paiful divorce process from thinking in simplistic polarities – instead of trying triadic logic &c. Ordinary language is strongly dyadic, neglecting the finer properties of cardinal number in general – so have patience – the impasse won’t remain forever).
THIS SPECIAL FRENCH TAINT (“French intellectuals” love to excell with dyadic retoric in public) is another atavism from the Megalanthropic Period (2600 B.C. – 1789/1948 A.D.) when the single hero was hailed and humankind tended to overestimate its powers and place in Nature. Today we belong to a SYNERGISTIC EPOCH where complexity reigns and thre whole is more than its parts. While it is well evident and scientifically proven that the sun causes the present global warming, people still react megalanthropically and believe themselves to have brought ut about – feeling more powerful than the sun

The same with the old system builders philosophers and their dream of absolute art to be accessible to human will, which Mr Vilks, the Secr of State has devoted his lifelong research carriere to – but again, patience, patience – we will find the way out!! We will have to learn para-polar-logic and base our new communication skills with our environment on strictly our experience, which cannot be reduced beyond the triad function (knowledge is what orders function), being (the level of consciousness besides functional processes), and will (that which makes “the going on”). These are all separate and entirely independent of each other – and n.b. only function can further reduce to facts. Thus, emotion is a function and a fact, while being isn’t. It is being, and doesn’t exist as fact, it’s untouched by time and space, still, you can have more or less of it, this quality, that quality. And will is even harder to grasp, however, it isn’t that hard to grasp that by necessity, according to the way we experience with our minds, it is real – although – it doesen’t need to exist, on the contrary, it doesen’t have to be part of existence, to be very real. I’m glad to see our state secretary keeping fit via the “two touches” soccer games. Perhaps there will be a .swf file or .avi showing himself or teams in the near future in action against each other.
