New minister in Ladonia
Manny Neira has been appointed Minister of Undisclosable Purpose. He is also the ruler of Mania:
“The territory of the Republic of Mania (Respubliko Mania) covers that part
of the earth’s surface which is closer to *me* than to *anyone else* at any
given moment. As the majority population in this area, I excercise my
democratic right to secede it from the large, bourgeois states. Therefore,
Mania moves around with me, shrinking when other people are near so as not
to invade their space, and expanding into emptiness when they are gone. The
capital city is “ci tie”, which is a different way of spelling city, and is
also Esperanto for “here” (it’s true, I looked it up). It is whichever city
I happen to be in at the time.”
