WOTAN CITY, LADONIA — President Candidate and Minister Norbert Johnson has presented the following degree classifications for use at the University of Ladonia.

Statute on the Classification of Degrees

University of Ladonia

By the authority vested in the University of Ladonia, and upon the presentation of Minister Norbert Johnson, the following classifications of degrees are hereby recognized and established:

Article I – Honoris Causa Degree

The Honoris Causa Degree shall be awarded upon the submission of a portfolio of peer-refereed research demonstrating a substantial contribution to the academic field in question.

Article II – Honorary Degree

The Honorary Degree shall be conferred upon individuals nominated in recognition of extraordinary service or distinguished accomplishment.

Article III – Jure Dignitatis Degree

The Jure Dignitatis Degree shall be granted to an individual who has already attained a comparable qualification at another university, or who, by virtue of office, has demonstrated the requisite level of scholarship.

Article IV – Ad Eundem Gradum Degree

The Ad Eundem Gradum Degree shall be awarded to a graduate of another College or University, recognising equivalence of standing within the University of Ladonia.

Further classifications may be instituted as circumstances require.
