CAPE TOWN — Artist Moa Lindh has established Ladonia’s first Embassy in South Africa, located in Cape Town. The installation forms part of the Michaelis Graduate Exhibition at the Michaelis School of Fine Art.

The Embassy represents Ladonia’s continued expansion through artistic presence and cultural expression, affirming the Royal Republic’s long-standing tradition of diplomacy through art.

Moa Lindh writes:

“See a first glimpse of the new face of art! You are cordially invited to the Opening Event of the Michaelis Graduate Exhibition, taking place on Wednesday 5 December at 18h00.”

The opening event will be followed by an auction featuring works by major South African and international artists, as well as emerging talents.

A guided walkabout of the Graduate Exhibition will take place on Thursday 6 December at 11:00, conducted by Nasan Pather and Andrew Lamprecht.

The exhibition will remain open Monday to Friday from 10:00–16:00 and Saturday from 10:00–14:00 until 15 December.

Through installations such as this, Ladonia continues to assert its presence not through territory or force, but through imagination and artistic exchange.
