For the first time a part of the collections in the Ladonia National Museum of Art will be shown. The exhibition will be shown in New Museum which opened when Ladonia had its first Art Biennial in 2009.
The exhibition is called “Artemisia Gentileschi & Co. – A time travel in drawings by women”. Drawings from the Renaissance to contemporary art will be exhibited. As a preview the National Museum publish these two masterpieces from the collection:
Artemisia Gentileschi (1593-1656) Self Portrait
Rosalba Carriera (1675-1757) Self Portrait
