New Minister appointed

Dennis S. Gawrikow (Moscow) is, appointed by the Ladonia cabinet, Minister of Postmodernism & Astrology. The Minister presents his ministry:

“The principal purpose of the ministry is, cultural dialogue between astrology and postmodernist art, philosophy and science to organize. Duties of the ministry are those: – To compile principles of the interaction of postmodernist artist, philosophers and scientist with astrologers; – to find innovative mechanisms of progress in the postmodernist-astrological community; – to publish a yearly report on the activity of the ministry. Other functions of ministry can foresee in new legislative acts of Ladonia. Devise of the ministry is ‘per aspera ad astra’.”
