Some of our members in the cabinet have found that their suits have been shrinking when hanging in the closet. Minister Norbert has found the solution which has become the official way of solving problems with shrinking suits in Ladonia. So this solution can only be used by Ladonian citizens. Minister Norbert says:
“With respect to all, I have found the solution to the shrinking syndrome of the closet suit.
Take the suit and soak it in water. then immediately freeze it. When it naturally thaws it should be good as when you first bought it.
Why?
Theory is that when water freezes, it expands. The expansion should stretch the molecular bonds in the fabric. This should restore the fabric to at least the same size prior to the shrinking.
Why not use Hot water, it too expands?
Theory is that Hot water expands but is not a solid and therefore does not “stretch” the fabric, but rather stretches the limits of the water only.”
