Frans Brood, the recently elected Prime Minister of Ladonia and also the Minister of Improvisational Theatre and Free Entry, released a video message via Facebook on Easter Sunday to cheer up and encourage the Ladonian diaspora to remain strong during this time of pandemic crisis.
