The Royal Household of Westarctica is delighted to announce the engagement of His Royal Highness Grand Duke Travis to Miss Alicia dos Santos. The joyful news was shared with the public through an official statement, garnering congratulations and well-wishes from around the world.
Alicia, a Brazilian model and fashion influencer, met the Grand Duke last June when they were introduced by a mutual friend in São Paulo. In celebration of their engagement, Alicia has been granted the title Countess de Ferrero, so named for Westarctica’s Ferrero Bay.
Grand Duke Travis, a distinguished member of Ladonia highest honor, the Order of the Hesperides, has strengthened the bonds between Westarctica and Ladonia through his environmental and diplomatic efforts. Similarly, Queen Carolyn of Ladonia is honored in Westarctica as a Dame Grand Cross of the Order of the Snowflake, a Stranger Dame in the Illustrious Antarctic Order of the Orca, and a Dame in the Order of the Polar Cross, reflecting the mutual respect and collaboration between the two micronations.
The couple has not yet announced the date or location of their wedding, but they expect the ceremony to take place in 2025. The entire nation of Westarctica, along with international supporters, celebrates this joyous occasion and looks forward to the forthcoming nuptials of the Grand Duke and his future Countess.
